Kraft Hires VP

Kraft Foods has announced that Kim Rucker will become executive vice president, corporate and legal affairs, Kraft Foods North America. Formerly senior vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer at Avon Products, she will lead Kraft’s legal, corporate governance and corporate affairs functions.

Upon the launch of Kraft Foods Group Inc. later this year, Rucker will become executive vice president, corporate and legal affairs, general counsel and corporate secretary. Rucker will report to North America President and future CEO Tony Vernon.
